The Wheel of Consent® is a globally recognized tool that teaches consent, self-empowerment, noticing, choosing and communication www.schoolofconsent.org.

 

In an experience-based learning environment, you will have the opportunity to explore your relational patterns in a simple and hands-on way. Within the framework of the workshop and by being introduced to different games, you will have the chance to experience the Wheel in an embodied way. Through reflections and sharings, we can process these discoveries as a group. The theory and course materials as well as the model itself will help you deepen your knowledge and expand your vocabulary.

 

The Wheel of Consent introduces exercises that can support you in the following areas:

  • Slowing down and tuning in with your nervous system.
  • Empowering you in your ability to really choose what you want to engage with and how.
  • Increasing your self-awareness and self-confidence.
  • Recognizing and communicating your desires.
  • Recognizing and communicating your boundaries.
  • Clarity about the different ways of giving and the different ways of receiving.
  • Expanding your understanding around different qualities of touch.
  • Authentic communication.

 

Workshop Language: The Workshop will be held in English.
Participants: 10 – 16 Participants, 2 certified Facilitators and one assistant for the first 2 days.

Choice
The workshop structure will actively encourage consensual dynamics. Students will be explicitly invited to experiment with putting their needs first in every given moment. You will always be invited to choose how you would like to participate. Please reach out to us if you have any particular needs from us as facilitators.
