Rituals of Connection

This workshop is a space for couples who want to reconnect with themselves and with each other. We will invite you to gently explore what intimacy means for you as a couple. We will give space to go beyond routines, beyond “shoulds,” and beyond scripts that may no longer serve you.

Our aim is to support you in creating your own toolkit to take home with you. We will introduce you to various exercises, games and rituals connected to embodiment, play, sexuality and connection. This way you can feel equipped and empowered to create simple and grounded practices at home, which can accompany you and enrich your intimacy and everyday life.

We honor your boundaries, your pace, and your unique relationship. You’ll be encouraged to co-create rituals of connection that feel true for you. These can be sensual, playful, spiritual or simply present. Whether you’re here to deepen your physical intimacy, improve communication, or rediscover emotional closeness, this course is here to support your process.

We will be delving into the following topics

• Somatic exercises that help you connect with yourself and with the present moment.
• The importance and practice of honest boundary setting and creating frameworks that feel safe for you.
• Theory and exercises on your nervous system, including coregulation.
• Discussions and practices of stepping into spaces of your personal sexual autonomy.
• Rituals and games to experiment with to support you in connecting authentically.

This workshop welcomes couples of various constellations, sexual and gender identities. We will be discussing emotional, sexual and physical intimacy. All exercises are opt-in and can be adapted to your lived reality and based on your comfort level. If you would like to visit in a constellation of three or more, please contact us to discuss how this may be made possible. The workshop will be taught in English. Romaine and Sidonia also speak French and German / Swiss German for personal interactions or in-depth explanations outside of the group setting.
